Standard Refinish -- $250
Total Average Cost -- $350 to $700

This price includes:

Standard Refinish
$250. Removal of existing finish, preparation of frame, three-stage paint system application in one color. Includes rigid frame only. Rigid forks are $50, $60 for carbon. Suspension forks vary by model.

Decals
$40 starting price, depending on style, number of decals in the set, and difficulty of application. Call or email for availability and price. More about decals

Application and Clearcoating of Decals--$35

Return Shipping
$45. This standard fee includes UPS ground shipping anywhere in the contiguous US, insurance, and very meticulous packing. We take great care to insure the frame's safe arrival. Additional services such as international, overnight, or same-day shipping are priced individually.

Premium Finishes

Tricoat Colors
These colors incorporate a layer of pearl in the clearcoat. Examples of this finish include Bianchi's Celeste Green and most Opalescent or Pearlescent whites. Add $40 to the standard refinish total.

Radiant Colors
This line of PPG bright metallic colors has extra depth and sparkle. Sometimes referred to as "candy" colors. Add $50 to the standard refinish total .

Harlequin Colors
These premium PPG paints change color depending on angle of viewing and tone of light. See our Harlequin page for photographs and information. Add $300 to standard refinish total .

Specialty Services

Lug Detailing

• Paint lugs in contrasting color (includes masking of tubes/lugs) -- $35/lug
• Paint previously chromed lugs (includes masking of lugs/tubes) -- $40/lug
• Mask and preserve chromed lugs -- $30/lug
• Lug Lining (varies with difficulty and intricacy of individual lugs) --$40 average cost per frame

Custom Decals
We can create any type of decal, including vintage sets and original artwork. Prices vary based on size, number, and complexity of decals. Cost can vary from $8 for a single color text (such as your name or signature) to $150+ for detailed vintage reproductions. Email us for a quote on your custom decals.

Powdercoating
$200 for a single-color frame. $35 for a fork, and $35 for each additional color. Limited color selection; call for information.

Chrome Plating
We offer full chroming services. Call for a quote. We also offer faux-chrome powdercoating, which is much faster and economical than true chrome plating. Call.

Clean Existing Chrome
Hand cleaning, polishing and waxing. $20

Standard Refinish for Carbon Fiber Frames
Due to the nature of carbon fiber, the original finish must be removed by a labor-intensive process of hand sanding and cleaning. Add $100 to the standard refinish.

Apply Frame Saver Rust Protector
A must for any steel frame, applied during the paint process to maximize protection. $20.

Premium Hand Gloss
This treatment includes buffing and waxing the entire frame by hand in a three-part finishing process. $60

Frame Repair

Cosmetic Damage
Small cosmetic dings and dents in all frames can be easily repaired by a number of techniques. Cost for small dent repair starts at $25.

Structural Frame Damage and frame modification
We work with WildFrame, frame repair specialists in Atlanta, Georgia. They perform all types of frame repair and modification, and you can receive your quote from us. Ready to get started, or just interested in what your project would cost? We're happy to get you an estimate. This initial estimate represents our best guess at the overall cost based on email and phone conversations.

After we have received and documented your bike and parts, we can issue an accurate quote. Based on our years of experience, estimates and quotes are typically very close, but we can't make any guarantees until assessing your bike in person.
